Delivery Model

Our Program Manager will be the single point of contact for managing the relationship.  Other resources from the on-site team and our industry COE team may interact with the staff for status updates and engagement review but all relationship will be managed through the Program Manager.

We have a formal on-boarding process for bringing in resource at a clients site.  The aim is to reduce disruptions and help us become productive in quick time.  The following artifacts are utilized:

  • Transition Plan.
  • Knowledge Transfer Document.
  • Key artifacts and document system reference document.
  • Sign off sheet once all the above are complete.
